Shipping & Delivery

Welcome to Orvéa. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Please review our shipping terms below

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces across Indonesia

  • Selected countries in Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines

If your country is not listed, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

3. Shipping Duration

Indonesia:

  • Jakarta & major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other regions: 3–7 business days

Southeast Asia:

  • Standard international shipping: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand or promotional periods.

4. Shipping Fees

Indonesia:

  • Free shipping for orders above Rp500,000

  • Flat rate shipping fee applies for orders below that amount (calculated at checkout)

Southeast Asia:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier link.
You can track your shipment in real time to know when it will arrive.

6. Customs & Import Duties (for International Orders)

For Southeast Asia orders outside Indonesia, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link.

  2. Contact the shipping courier directly.

  3. If further help is needed, reach out to us at support@orveaskin.com with your order number.

We’ll assist you immediately to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or leaking product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending a photo and your order number to support@orveaskin.com.
We’ll gladly assist with replacements or refunds according to our return policy.

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
